§ 1. General Provisions
1. This Terms of Service outlines the rules for using the website available at mnetconsulting.com
2. The Terms of Service are made available free of charge on the Site, allowing for download, saving, and printing.
3. Using the Site is possible provided the following minimum technical requirements are met: Internet access, web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels, active email account.
§ 2. Definitions
User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Site. Service Provider – MNET Consulting (kontakt@mnetconsulting.com, 724 026 419). Site – the website at mnetconsulting.com. 3. A contract for electronic services is concluded at the moment the User begins using the Site.

2. Users are obligated to use the Site in a manner consistent with law, good practices, and this Terms of Service.
3. Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content, violating third parties' personal rights, copyright, containing viruses or spam.
4. Users commit to not undertaking actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
§ 5. Contact Form
1. The Site allows Users to contact the Service Provider via a contact form.
2. To send a message, the User must provide: name and surname, email address, phone number (optional), message content.
3. Sending a message requires consent for personal data processing.
4. The Service Provider commits to responding to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, no longer than 14 business days.
§ 6. Liability
1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure proper Site functioning and current, accurate published content.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for: consequences of User information use, access interruptions due to technical reasons, damages from improper use, user-submitted content.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend Site access for maintenance, modernization, or repair work.

2. Matters not covered by this Terms of Service are governed by Polish law, including the Act on Electronic Services, GDPR, and Civil Code.
3. In case of dispute, Users who are consumers have the right to use alternative dispute resolution through the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
4. The Terms of Service come into effect on the date of publication on the Site.
